Pebble Gorge produce ambitious, exciting theatre based events for children and families by sending them on adventures to discover more about the world they live in. We make work for children that is not based on traditional fairytales or book titles, but that explores real issues of the world, in a way that is interactive and playful and above all lots of fun.
We are interested in how the technology that children use every day can be used alongside theatre techniques to make engaging and exciting experiences.
Pebble Gorge is led by independent producers, Emily Coleman and Jane McGibbon who work with artists, designers and technologists specific to each project.
We are currently developing a new piece written by Tim Crouch with sound design by Lewis Gibson called I’m Sticking With You.
In 2016 we started development on a new show about space for 4-7 year olds. Starlight will be directed by Dani Parr and will premier in 2018.
You can still see information about our outdoor, digital treasure-hunt style adventure for children and their families on the You’re Getting Warmer page.
